Full Office Renovation & Fit-Out — AirAsia Ride, Malaysia
A complete office transformation for AirAsia RIDE, taking the space from empty shell to fully operational workspace. Scope of work included full partitioning to define workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas, along with a complete electrical rewire and lighting installation designed for a modern office environment.
Structured data cable routing was installed throughout to support IT infrastructure and connectivity needs, ensuring the space was fully wired for day-to-day operations from day one. The project was completed with a full office furniture fit-out, desks, seating, storage, and communal furnishings, delivered as a ready-to-use workspace.
From partitioning through to final furniture placement, the project was handled end-to-end by one team, reflecting our single-point design-build approach for commercial office renovations.

That capability is backed by three decades of engineering heritage. Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1994 and incorporated in 1995 as JDQ Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd., the company built its name on civil, electrical, mechanical and telecommunication works for utilities, manufacturers and EPC contractors across Malaysia — the same in-house trades that now support every renovation project from structural changes to M&E fit-out.
